With the demands of the modern world, we can be on, plugged in and hugely over stimulated the majority of the day which is why it's crucial to take a step back and invest in your well-being.

What is included in your session:

Distance Reiki is a form of energy healing that transcends physical proximity. It operates on the principle that energy is not bound by space or time. During a Distance Reiki session, healing energy is channeled to the recipient, regardless of their location. This is achieved through the practitioner's focused intention and the use of symbols or techniques taught in Reiki. The energy is then sent to the recipient, promoting relaxation, balance, and the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Crystal Healing is an essential part of our session. A template is used with crystals placed on the 7 main chakra points of your body. These crystals help amplify the healing experience, creating balance in your mind, body, and spirit.

Guided Meditation takes you on a peaceful journey, allowing you to release stress and discover your inner wisdom. 

What is a session like:

I practice Usui Reiki, but I approach my sessions in a way that offers a more unique experience.

In addition to channelling Reiki energy, I take you on a journey with a guided meditation that opens up the space for reflection, healing, and for you to enter a relaxing dream-like state, during your journey there's a moment where I step back and stop talking, allowing you to immerse yourself fully while I concentrate on the Reiki & Crystal healing for you as your session comes to an end, I will gently guide you out of the session.

Once the session has finished, you will be asked to sit up slowly and sip some water, we will then discuss the session. I find this approach deepens relaxation and often brings valuable insights upon awakening.

These sessions offer not just relaxation, but also an opportunity to tap into your inner potential, your body, mind and spirit

Distance Reiki has been associated with a variety of positive outcomes, including:

  • Support for Healing: It complements traditional medical treatments by supporting the body's natural healing processes through relaxation and connection with your body.

To make the most of your Distance Reiki experience;

  • Choose a Quiet Space: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed during the session. Put your phone on silent, add a "do not disturb" sign to your door and create a peaceful atmosphere with soft lighting and calming music, I find binaural beats work really well.

  • Set an Intention: Before the session, set a positive intention for what you'd like to achieve or release during the session. This can help focus the energy.

  • Relax and Be Open: During the session, simply relax and be open to the experience. You don't need to do anything specific; let the energy flow naturally.

  • Keep Cosy: Have blankets and cosy socks nearby so you can ensure you are the right temperature for you. Some people feel a little colder or hotter during and post Reiki, so it is important to have layers you can add or remove so that you are comfortable.

  • Trust the Process: Trust that the healing energy will work for your highest good. Release any doubt and allow the energy to do its work.

  • Reflect & Relax Afterwards: After the session, take time to reflect on your experience. Journaling or simply sitting quietly can help you process any insights or sensations. Rest if needed.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink water to help facilitate the energy's movement within your body.

 

Distance Reiki can be a deeply personal and transformative experience.

It's essential to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to receive the healing energy.

Each session may bring different sensations or insights, so be open to what arises during your sessions.

 

1:1 Distance Reiki vs. Group Distance Reiki:

In a 1:1 Distance Reiki session, the focus is entirely on you and your specific needs.

You can express what you'd like to work on or any particular intentions you have in mind. I can then hold the space for you with your specific goals in mind, creating a personalised and unique experience. 

In a group Distance Reiki session, the intention is set for the highest good of all participants. While there might be a themed session advertised, such as forgiveness or an abundance of health theme, the energy is directed toward the collective well-being of everyone involved and you are invited to meditate on the intended theme within your life.
